d social area. Additionally, a separate meeting area will be available for those working in Murray Studios and to those from the local community wishing to rent it on an occasional basis. Specifically aimed at providing space for those working in the creative industry sector, Murray Studios are ideal for small and start-up businesses and for a creative industries professional or group wishing to work in a creative hub, located in a picturesque seafront location. Studio details & Rental Terms. The sizes of the units are as follows: 4 small studios are approx 9 sq m/96 sq ft, and the 3 larger studios are approx 12 sq m/127 sq ft. The all-inclusive monthly rental includes building insurance, lighting, heating, Wi-Fi and external window cleaning. Terms are flexible (minimum 6 months) and rents are very competitive.
