Specifically aimed at providing space for those working in the creative industry sector, Murray Studios are ideal for small and start-up businesses and for a creative industries professional or group wishing to work in a creative hub, located in a picturesque seafront location. Studio details & Rental Terms. The sizes of the units are as follows: 4 small studios are approx 9 sq m/96 sq ft, and the 3 larger studios are approx 12 sq m/127 sq ft. The all-inclusive monthly rental includes building insurance, lighting, heating, Wi-Fi and external window cleaning. Terms are flexible (minimum 6 months) and rents are very competitive.
