Ireland continues to be one of the world's leading adopters of AI. Microsoft's latest AI Diffusion Report shows that 48.4% of Ireland's working-age population now uses AI, placing Ireland fourth globally for AI adoption.

As AI becomes a standard workplace tool, organisations are increasingly looking beyond experimentation and focusing on practical implementation. Microsoft Copilot is at the centre of this shift, helping employees save time, improve productivity and streamline everyday tasks. The challenge is ensuring people know how to use it effectively and responsibly.

If you arent sure where to start, or maybe you'd like to improve on what you already know to get better outputs, we have the training for you.

🌈 Neurodiversity Pride Week (10–17 June 2026) is an opportunity to celebrate the strengths, perspectives and contributions that neurodivergent people bring to our workplaces.

Neurodiversity Pride Day was founded on a simple but powerful belief: neurodivergent people should be celebrated, not merely accommodated.

Yet, while almost 1 in 10 Irish adults and 1 in 7 adults in the UK identify as neurodivergent, only around half feel comfortable disclosing this to their employer.

That tells us there is still work to do.

Creating a genuinely neuroinclusive workplace isn't just about compliance. It's about building an environment where people feel valued, supported and able to perform at their best.

Legal Island's Neurodiversity Awareness eLearning course helps organisations take practical steps towards that goal.

ADHD can present as distraction — or exceptional focus and productivity. Dyslexia can be associated with spelling challenges — or innovative thinking and unique problem-solving abilities. The difference often lies in whether the workplace recognises and supports those strengths.
The course also includes a dyslexia-friendly version as standard, helping make learning accessible for everyone.

This Neurodiversity Pride Week, take a meaningful step towards creating a workplace where everyone can thrive.

Could your organisation demonstrate that it has taken reasonable steps to prevent workplace harassment?

Active Bystander Training helps employees recognise inappropriate behaviour, respond appropriately, and contribute to a more respectful workplace culture.

As employment law specialist Seamus McGranaghan of O'Reilly Stewart Solicitors explains:

"An active bystander is somebody who recognises the behaviour as being inappropriate, they choose not to ignore it, and they take safe and reasonable action to challenge, to report, or interrupt the behaviour that they see."

Active bystander intervention isn't about confrontation. It's about empowering employees to play a positive role in creating safer, more respectful workplaces.

With employers increasingly expected to take proactive measures to prevent harassment, active bystander training can form an important part of your organisation's preventative strategy.
