Green Fields to Super Highways

CTM was established in 1998 with a small team of supervisors with a vision to deliver a co-ordinated public access operation for events including Burghley Horse Trials and Glastonbury Festival. The need for improvements in the coordination of traffic planning, parking and ticket sale operations as well as the need to devise public travel plans for some events also led to CTM delivering the full traffic and transport planning for a great number of events going forward.

CTM now operates at over 200 events each year, ranging from motor sport through to equine events and from festivals to sporting events. CTM not only provide planning and consulting services, but the onsite staff workforce that makes up the parking, sales, backstage and production teams for the clients event.

In recent years, CTM’s investment into the specialist training area of Police Accredited Traffic Officers has enabled CTM to support their clients in critical areas of management of event traffic.

Right from the beginning it was all about building a team and working together to deliver plans to a higher standard. We are constantly seeking new staff as those who have worked for us through university move on to follow careers having gained degrees.
