For Mental Health Awareness Week, we asked some of our team, across all divisions, to share one small thing that helps them switch off, reset or look after their mental wellbeing during busy or stressful periods.
From walking in the rain, journalling and listening to music, to jumping in puddles, sitting quietly in the garden and spending time with loved ones, every answer felt thoughtful, personal and completely unique.
It was a lovely reminder that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to looking after ourselves, and that sometimes the smallest things can bring the most comfort, calm or clarity.
