And we have a winner well done to Jenny Clarke on picking up the Pinkertons Farm to Fork cookery competition trophy 2026 also well done to Aine, Allanah and Jessica you guys all where amazing the food you guys presented to us was of such high quality it came down to a very small margins for the judges. Now time to chill and reflect on what a fantastic day it has been.

General Operatives Required – (Despatch/Picking Operatives, Machine Operators, Meat Packers)
FOR IMMEDIATE START

To carry out any duties required, to Pack meat products. Operate machinery to mince pork products for sausage production, boning/trimming products in a safe and hygienic production environment.

To carry out any instruction given by a Supervisor or member of the factory Management Team, in relation to the safe and hygienic packing of meat products.

Strictly abiding by the Company’s rules, on Health & Safety, cleaning, production.

All training will be provided

Full Time Hours of work

Days of Work
Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.00pm
Friday 7.30am to 3.00pm

No Weekend Work

Hi everyone,

When over at Gosford Forest Park getting everything set up for the Armagh County Show this Saturday, 13th June.

I’d like to take this opportunity to once again highlighDementia Niworthy charity being supported by the show this year – Dementia NI.

As you’ll see from the picture, we have donation buckets at our stand and would greatly appreciate your support. While you’re sampling our delicious products and picking up your free goodies, please consider making a donation to this fantastic cause.

Also, at 1:50pm, Karen Kerr from Dementia NI will be joining Joy in the Food Village to speak about dementia, the support available, and how your donations make a real difference to those living with the condition and their families.

We look forward to seeing you all on Saturday and thank you in advance for your generosity.

A massive thank you to Pinkertons of Armagh for donating 2 of their succulent Gammons for us to put up as prizes on Sunday.

The longest time holding the Gammon takes it home. 1 for the men and 1 for the ladies.

Marty has earned a fantastic reputation across the country and beyond for his vibrant, flavour-driven cooking and his commitment to championing high-quality local produce. With a background rooted in professional kitchens and years of hands-on industry experience, he has developed a distinctive style that blends modern techniques with the energy and accessibility of street food.

Marty’s culinary journey has taken him from local kitchens to working under renowned chefs including Tom Kitchin and Neven Maguire, before travelling the world and cooking in Australia, Thailand, Dubai, and even aboard a private yacht across the Mediterranean and Indian Ocean.

Since returning home, he’s brought these global influences together to create the hugely popular Street Kitchen, known for its bold flavours, Melbourne-style brunch inspiration and innovative street food concept.

You may also recognise Marty from BBC’s Great British Menu where he showcased his creativity and skill on a national stage.
