A carefully designed independent access scaffold completed for our client, PH Beck. 🏗️

This scaffold has been constructed to provide access across the West and South elevations, including the basement and chimney, allowing essential render and redecoration works to be carried out safely and efficiently.

The installation includes debris netting, double boarding and polythene, helping to protect the surrounding areas while providing secure access throughout the works.

As a design scaffold, the installation has been carefully planned to meet the requirements of the property and provide safe, practical access to all required working areas.

An independent access scaffold completed at Vale Primary School on behalf of our repeat client, Richard Soan. 🏗️

This scaffold has been installed to form safe and secure access for roof works, providing a stable working platform for the trades carrying out the project.

The installation includes double edge protection and tied-back rakers to provide additional stability and ensure safe access throughout the works.

As this project was carried out within a school environment, all CNM Scaffolding operatives working on site hold the required DBS checks, helping to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for everyone on site.

Progress Begins!

A complex access solution being delivered for Beach House on behalf of our client PH Beck. 🏗️

This scaffold has been carefully designed to provide safe access to the south, west, north, and basement elevations, allowing remedial works, including render repairs, decorating, stonework, and chimney restoration, to be carried out safely and efficiently.

Due to the unique layout of the property, our team designed the scaffold to minimise loading on the south-facing terrace by utilising the structural walls and incorporating 750 bridging beams. To reach the required working areas, we also constructed walkways from the north elevation car park, overcoming the site's restricted access.

With debris netting, double boarding, engineered scaffold design, and safe access throughout, this is another project showcasing the team's ability to deliver bespoke scaffolding solutions for even the most challenging sites. ✅

Progress is well underway at our latest new build development in Chidham for our returning client, Briarsgate Homes 🏗️

This exciting project will deliver nine new homes and garages, and it's great to see the site continuing to take shape. The plans included in this post give an overview of the development and how the plots are laid out across the site.

We're proud to be providing the safe access scaffolding that keeps construction moving efficiently and safely throughout every stage of the build. ✅

Scaffolding is now in place at **St. Mary’s School, Bognor Regis**, providing safe access for roof repair works for one of our repeat clients.

Working within a live school environment requires careful planning and the highest safety standards. Our team has installed a secure access solution to ensure the roofing works can be carried out safely while minimising disruption.

For added peace of mind, all of our operatives working on site are **Enhanced DBS checked**, allowing them to work safely and appropriately within educational environments. ✅
