The team have officially recovered… we think! 😂

After an incredible weekend supporting Ashfield Show 2026, the Loop Events team have had a chance to catch up on some much-needed sleep and recharge the batteries! 🔋

With 201+ team hours, 31 incidents and 169 event logs across the event, it was certainly a busy one — but a fantastic weekend and another event we’re incredibly proud to have supported.

Now we’re rested, recharged and ready for the next one! 💪

🎪 Ashfield Show 2026 – We’re Live! 🎪

Our Event Control team is on site throughout the weekend, providing the communications network that keeps the event running safely and efficiently.

From our control room we’re coordinating operations with site-wide radio communications, ensuring event staff, security, traffic management, medical teams and organisers can stay connected whenever and wherever they’re needed.

Behind every great event is a team working behind the scenes—and we’re proud to be supporting Ashfield Show once again.

Back to where we began.

Loop Events was founded from a simple idea between two volunteers at a large Scout camp—how could we better support events and the people working behind the scenes to make them happen?

That conversation in a field has since grown into a company supporting festivals, sporting events, concerts, community events, and major outdoor gatherings across the UK.

This week, we’re proud to be supporting the Poacher International Jamboree 2026, working alongside the Nottinghamshire Emergency Scout Support Team (NESST) by providing Incident Managers and operational support vehicles throughout the event.

Returning to a major Scout camp is a reminder of where our journey started. While we’ve grown significantly since those early conversations, our commitment to supporting events safely, professionally, and reliably remains exactly the same.

Here’s to another fantastic week supporting an amazing event and the thousands of people who make it possible.

There’s nothing quite like standing in the middle of the action as thousands of people enjoy an incredible event.

This weekend, the Loop Events team were proud to be supporting Fuse Fireworks & Lazy Days Festival, delivering the special effects that helped bring the headline performances to life. From confetti and streamers to spectacular flame effects and stage pyrotechnics, it’s always rewarding to see the audience’s reaction when everything comes together.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making the event such a success. It’s a privilege to work alongside such talented production teams and suppliers behind the scenes.

Day 2 of supporting Glorious Gravel —this time we’re out in the stunning Yorkshire Moors! ⛰️🚴

Our 4x4 emergency support vehicles are once again on hand, helping medical teams reach riders quickly and safely across challenging terrain, whatever the conditions.
