It's been just over a week since we paddled out of the Jungle and crossed into the waters of the Carribbean, finishing the Rat Race Coast to Coast 2023 journey.
And what an absolute belter of a journey it was. I am blown away once again by the relentless perseverance shown by both expedition leaders and participants alike - hats off to all of you. Roll on Panama 2024 🤟👌🤙🤙🤙
