Since lockdown, some people moved away from on-line networking but here at Cognates, we embrace it!

It's 1.5 hours every other week and a close community of like minded business people looking to help each other with business goals as well as contacts.

✅On Tuesday's and Thursday's its time well spent.
✅ It's time efficient

We'd love to have more members. Do you know anyone who'd like to visit our group in August or September? The next ones are 27th and 29th August.

A couple of great on-line networking meetings this week, one of which we were reminded about our own health and safety responsibilities from Tom Sproston of Westley Lansdowne Safety Consultancy Ltd.

It made many of us realise that whether you are a one man band or a Limited Company, we need to take care. What influences are there on a daily basis, and particularly with office workers?

- Chair height, posture.
- Lap top or PC position.
- Keep your work area free of hazards.
- Cables under desks.

⚠️Plus many more.........

It was good to be reminded in this education slot and to be aware of what goes on around us at all times.👌
