Our Dedicated Ladies Only classes on a Tuesday morning provide a safe, friendly environment to not only build on fitness and strength, but to do so in a supportive community whilst learning valuable self defence skills!! 🥊🥋

You don't need to be mega fit, nor do you need to have had previous experience (although it's fine if you have).

Our classes are suitable for anyone aged 16 years and over.😊

The classes are run by 4th Degree Black Belt Carole Vickers, who has over 20 years experience in training / teaching Korean Martial Arts. In addition, Carole spent 18 years in the Police Force as a front line officer and has personal experience and knowledge of practical self defence and personal safety. As a qualified Personal Trainer, Yoga / Pilates Teacher and Sports Therapist, Carole provides a unique experience to training.👊
