We are pleased to reach a project milestone with our project team and having recently submitted a full planning application on behalf of Peveril Securities Ltd, Marchmont Investment Management and Pembury Real Estate for a 10acre site providing 185,000 square feet of Grade A logistic employment floorspace in the heart of Aylesbury Vale

PROJECT SUCCESS
We have today received planning permission from Bath and North East Somerset for the subdivision of an existing dwelling in the centre of Bath to provide two new residential units.
We were able to successfully make the case that car parking standards could be reduced based on the accessibility of the site. This included the preparation of an Accessibility Assessment.
We were also able to circumvent the need for the application to go to committee, despite it being requested to go (on parking grounds).
100% success rate for Chroma so far!!

PROJECT SUCCESS
We have received planning permission from South Gloucestershire Council for the provision of a Class E unit under the new use class regime.
This was a huge win for the client - as they are now able to operate lawfully.

PROJECT SUCCESS
We have successfully received planning permission and listed building consent from Westminster City Council for works to a Grade II listed residential building in Belgravia, London.
The proposals include the provision of a replacement pavilion building at the rear of the property and basement excavation works to provide improved floorspace throughout.

The pandemic has accelerated our awareness of the need to repurpose the high street. Mixed-use schemes will play an important role in bringing life back in to our urban centres and this is likely to be the first of many in Bristol and around the country.
It's great to see the importance of our urban centres being acknowledged through a commitment and desire to adapt.

The Galleries first opened in 1991 but has struggled to compete with more upmarket Cabot Circus in recent years
