Most care roles ask you to follow the plan.
This one asks you to think.
I’m looking for a Client Assessor for Ashford and Folkestone, with progression to Deputy Manager and the responsibility to step in as Manager in Charge when needed.
This role is only suitable if you’re comfortable taking real ownership, working mostly in the community, and stepping up to lead when needed.
This is not a desk-based role.
Around 80% of it is out in the community
Meeting families
Assessing needs
Bringing clarity at that early stage when something doesn’t quite feel right
I already have someone excellent in this role on one side of the business.
Her branch is green, calm and compliant.
She’s proactive, disciplined, and she follows systems properly.
That’s the standard.
You’ll be:
Assessing new clients and creating thoughtful, person-centred care plans
Supporting families across Ashford and Folkestone
Working closely with the Registered Manager as their right hand
Helping us maintain strong CQC compliance and move closer to the Outstanding service we’re building
And when the Registered Manager is away, you step in as Manager in Charge
You’ll need:
A full UK driving licence
Your own car
Confidence working independently in the community
If this feels like the kind of responsibility you’ve been ready for…
