1st Call Recruitment services is a highly successful recruitment agency operating from the heart of Stockport. We specialise in Warehouse and Logistics recruitment and are currently on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our vibrant office as an apprentice.

This is a full time permanent position within our lively and fast paced Online Response Team. This team is key to the management of internal and external communication via the use of client online systems. We require someone with real drive and determination to be successful within this role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with large growth plans, allowing you to really progress and prosper within the role.

Key Responsibilities

Daily updating of client system information
Upload and keep up to date, candidate documents such as passport and CV’s on all client systems
Upload client vacancy information accurately to our internal database
Distribute candidate reports via excel
Negotiating new agreements
Negotiate both temporary & parameters rate to maximise margins
Constant research to identify new markets and clients
Create candidate profiles on all client systems
Communicate with external clients via Online Chat facilities
Reception duties, taking enquiries, passing on messages
Email hots and mail shots
Work with colleagues to maintain accurate data on client and internal systems
Data inputting
Identify client needs and ensure their bookings are filled
Full Training will be provided and you will also be working towards a widely recognised Level 2 programme in Recruitment Resourcing with the potential opportunity to progress onto Level 3 programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice who may be considering a career in recruitment, administration, customer service, business or sales.

Business Administration Level 3

You will be responsible for:

• Ad-hoc administrative duties such sending out relevant documentation, emails, printing etc.
• Supporting the recruitment team on weekly/monthly induction days.
• Verbal & email confirmation of interviews, the administration side of things
• Posting adverts to multiple job boards and other channels on a weekly or daily basis
• Daily searches on job boards, such as Total Jobs/Reed/Indeed and LinkedIn
• Creating job adverts based on role descriptions
• Supporting the Recruitment Business Partners with diary management and arrangement of telephone/face to face interviews across multiple roles
