AVK | Cat B Fit-Out Complete 🏢

We’re thrilled to share images from our Cat B fit-out for AVK, a leading manufacturer of power generators. 📸

Working closely with avk_seg, our team developed the architectural design for their new facility, creating a seamless blend between their specialized workshop/production floor and modern office spaces, including a new reception, vibrant canteen, and relaxed breakout areas. Delivering this space was a team effort, made possible through seamless collaboration with main contractor Bainbridge Electrical Ltd and fit-out specialists The Lakeland Building Group

Seeing AVK settled in and thriving in their completed space is the ultimate reward. A huge thank you to the entire project team for bringing this vision to life! ✨

🏗️ Project Update – Kendal

We’re pleased to share that our refurbishment and minor extension project in Kendal is nearing completion, with handover planned for mid-March.

This scheme has focused on bringing new life to a long-unused factory building, formerly occupied by Clarks Shoes. The transformation includes full external recladding, a new roof, and a complete internal office fit-out, creating a refreshed and future-ready workspace.

It’s been a rewarding project to help unlock the potential of an existing building and support its next chapter. ✨

Plans have been lodged to relocate Moston Superstore, helping to unlock a proposed public square as part of a £25m vision.

📝 Planning Submitted – Moston Superstore, Greater Manchester

We’re pleased to share that a planning application has been submitted for a new-build local supermarket in Moston Centre, transforming the existing Ebsworth Street car park into a purpose-built premises for an established local business.

The proposal will tie in well with the council-led rejuvenation plans for Moston, supporting ongoing efforts to strengthen local amenities, encourage investment, and enhance the centre for the surrounding community.

CGI visuals accompanying the submission have been produced by MSI, helping to illustrate the proposal and its relationship with the surrounding area.
