Haydock Green South | Project Update 🏗️

It’s great to see our Haydock Green South project taking shape on site, with the steel frame now well underway.

We have been responsible for the architectural design of the Cat A scheme, taking the project from the initial design stages through to seeing the building now being realised on site.

It was also great to welcome St Helens Council to site, with our colleague Martin taking the team through the design and wider scheme. 🤝

Seeing the design develop from drawings into the building itself is always a rewarding part of the process, and we’re pleased to be part of the team delivering this project.

AVK | Cat B Fit-Out Complete 🏢

We’re thrilled to share images from our Cat B fit-out for AVK, a leading manufacturer of power generators. 📸

Working closely with avk_seg, our team developed the architectural design for their new facility, creating a seamless blend between their specialized workshop/production floor and modern office spaces, including a new reception, vibrant canteen, and relaxed breakout areas. Delivering this space was a team effort, made possible through seamless collaboration with main contractor Bainbridge Electrical Ltd and fit-out specialists The Lakeland Building Group

Seeing AVK settled in and thriving in their completed space is the ultimate reward. A huge thank you to the entire project team for bringing this vision to life! ✨

🏗️ Project Update – Kendal

We’re pleased to share that our refurbishment and minor extension project in Kendal is nearing completion, with handover planned for mid-March.

This scheme has focused on bringing new life to a long-unused factory building, formerly occupied by Clarks Shoes. The transformation includes full external recladding, a new roof, and a complete internal office fit-out, creating a refreshed and future-ready workspace.

It’s been a rewarding project to help unlock the potential of an existing building and support its next chapter. ✨
