It’s not without upset and heartache but I officially start my new job tomorrow.

I don’t want to let this business that I have built go, and I feel like I have failed, but at the same time I need to grow and go with the way the world is at the moment. I have bills to pay and I also have responsibilities that I need to pay for. Nothing in this life is free unfortunately other than the memories I share with my family.

This means regular income and money when I want to go away and less stress.

I’ll treasure those holidays a little more from now on as they’ll be fewer and far between. I do appreciate every single one of you and appreciate every single one of you for supporting me. We will be back and we will be better.

For now I close one chapter and start a new chapter of my career.

Thank you all so much for absolutely everything you do for our small business. We will not forget anyone of you for every share and recommendations. Thank you all so much 🥰

It is with a heavy heart ❤️ that we announce the closure of G.E.C services…….

There are a multitude of factors leading to this decision, but the cost of living has been the biggest…….. we ask that whilst we transition you still call us, if we can help we will, but for the foreseeable we are going to be going back employed.

This decision has not been taken lightly and after much consideration, it’s the only decision

For those that we’ve serviced for years , please don’t worry, we will still be working and looking after your boilers, and we’ll still be keeping our gas safe registration and insurances, so you’ll still be able to contact me for yearly servicing, but I guess this is our way of saying we aren’t taking on any new work

It’s upsetting for us, but we have had to make the call,

We’d like to thank all customers new and old , and again please please please still ring George , and he’ll always be able to help, but as of this Friday 19th of January we will no longer be taking on new customers………..

Eventually the page will be closed, as will the Facebook messenger, however the mobile number will still ring………

This week is a very busy one, as we get ready to go away and our daughter’s birthday.

I am working all week and I am fully booked. Thank you everyone for your continued support, it is very much appreciated.

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.

We are back on the 2nd January, with January filling fast, we recommend you get booked in asap.

We will not be replying to messages or taking calls. So we do apologise for any inconvenience caused but it’s Christmas 🎅 we will get back to everyone in the new year.

We are making a few changes to the way we do things in the new year, unfortunately we have had no choice with the way things are increasing, and cost of boilers going up in the new year due to government regulations. We have held off making changes but with insurances increasing, bills rising, it just isn’t sustainable. Hopefully there will be some positive changes too ☺️
