Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Head Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. As a Head Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for the upkeep of landscapes, gardens, and grounds, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained.
Responsibilities
• Maintain the overall appearance of the grounds through regular mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns.
• Dig, build, and maintain garden beds, ensuring proper planting and care of flowers and shrubs.
• Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to promote healthy growth.
• Perform routine landscape maintenance including weeding, mulching, and fertilising.
• Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify any maintenance needs or potential issues.
• Assist in the installation of new landscaping features or enhancements as directed.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in grounds keeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to operate various power tools and equipment safely.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
• Attention to detail with a keen eye for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in outdoor spaces.
• A willingness to learn new skills related to gardening and landscape management is highly valued.

Role Responsibility

As a Hospitality Waiter / Waitress you will be responsible for:
Serving food and beverages in a professional manner with high levels of customer service
Setting and cleaning tables and service areas
Dealing with customer complaints
Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
Escorting customers to their tables
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
Informing customers of daily specials.
Presenting menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
Removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning
Serving food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required
Stocking service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens
