Hey thought I would just jump on to to say a few wee words just from this week going forward 👇👇👇

We’re always looking to improve our service and keep things clear and fair for everyone 🤝✨

Going forward, we’ll be introducing two new policies for all bookings:

🔹 50% Deposit Required
A 50% deposit will now be required upfront before any clean begins. This secures your slot and covers initial costs such as travel, time, and products.

🔹 Aftercare & Reporting Policy
If you have any issues with your clean, please contact us on the same day or the following day. This allows us to resolve things quickly and efficiently.

Reports made a week or more after the clean (for example, dust settling or general upkeep) will not be accepted as grounds for a full refund.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality cleans and will always do our best to put things right when notified promptly 💚

My name’s Christian, and I started TLC Clean three years ago with something to prove — mostly to myself. I wanted to see how far I could push my limits and whether I could build something that had real longevity. Something that genuinely helped people.

Three years later, I’m proud of what we’ve built.

TLC Clean has never just been about spotless kitchens or fresh carpets. Some of our most meaningful work has been helping people who were going through a tough time ,those who felt overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to even begin. that’s always been the heart of this business.

Along the way, we’ve also had the opportunity to work with some incredible companies across Ayr and wider Scotland. Experiences like that have strengthened us as a team and reinforced the standards we hold ourselves to every single day — professionalism, reliability, and doing the job properly.
