We are so excited to share this launch 👏

Roccazana Fashion were residents in CoreSpace Ayr for just over a year and from day one the owner, Aneta shared that her long term dream was to have a store front boutique and now it's happening!

CoreSpace was created by a business owner for business owners, to take away the usual headaches and challenges that come with traditional commercial leases. One of the BEST things we get to do is speak with our residents about their business - what inspired it, what motivates them and what do they see as the vision for the future. We love getting excited about every stage alongside them.

On this occasion, we have been able to take it a step further and actually helped Aneta on the road to her dream by sourcing the location for the store font. We have loved seeing this come to fruition and what a welcome addition to Ayr town centre!

We are incredibly proud to officially welcome the historic Ettrick Riverside into the Corespace family!

Built in 1835, this incredible Category A-listed building was once the beating heart of Selkirk. As a world-renowned textile mill, it was celebrated globally for its early innovation, advanced technology, and the immense economic prosperity it brought to the Scottish Borders.
Fast forward nearly two centuries, and our mission remains exactly the same. 💡

While the machinery has changed, the spirit of innovation lives on. Corespace is here to drive local growth by delivering flexible, modern, and affordable office spaces tailored for today’s entrepreneurs, freelancers, and growing businesses.
