Reminder time! Peer to Peer networks. I am holding a series of FREE three hour ONLINE business development and growth sessions. Criteria: Staffordshire-based (APART from Stoke City Council area). Start-up to 2 years, step-up to 5 years old, rural based, or females in predominantly male industries. You will also receive a one-to-one support session. Topics include leadership, marketing, networking, branding, sales and finance.
Each session is an opportunity for you to share, discuss and expand your knowledge. Dates and times: 12.30-3.30 20th March, 3rd, 17th and 24th April. 5.30-8.30 evening 27th March, 10th and 24th April. You must attend three minimum. Inbox me your email address. There's a simple form to complete and a feedback form towards the end. These forms are important (a) to onboard and monitor outcomes and (b) get me paid! 🥰 Please share.

I am running some sessions on the Peer to Peer Network Programme. This programme is for any business operating in Staffordshire with the exception of Stoke on Trent based businesses (I suspect there are alternative city-specific initiatives there). The programme is totally FREE and is funded by Staffordshire County Council.

I am running two online cohorts - dates being below:

0930-1230 Wednesday morning 20/3, 3/4 and 17/4/2024
1730-2030 Wednesday evening 27/3, 10/4. 24/4/2024

You do a run of mornings or evenings or a mix. Each session will have a business topic such as marketing, leadership, making sales, efficient business operations and profitability - you choose! And it's a great guided discussion where all can share, support and learn. These sessions will also connect you with others and break the isolation of self employment. So this week and for the next few months I’ll be regularly marketing Bacup market and it’s traders. I’ll keep you posted. Also busy with developing and delivering new courses, co-delivering Help to Grow Management. And ISO consultancy getting clients ready for becoming ISO9001, 14001 and 45001 certified - that’s quality, environmental and health & safety management. ❤️
