As the University of Oxford is named 'Times Higher Education Top University in the World ' for an 11th straight year, at DB Fire Solutions we never take for granted how lucky we are to be working with such a prestigious institution.

For the past 7 months we have been working closely with the fantastic University of Oxford fire safety team, undertaking comprehensive compartmentation and fire door surveys across a huge range of their prestigious sites, as part of their ongoing drive for fire safety improvements.

We look forward to continuing this partnership in the coming months and years.

Whilst visiting some of our team currently working at Brunel University, we took the opportunity to grab a coffee in the Brunel University Lecture Centre- A fantastic example of 1960's Brutalist architecture, which was used to depict the Ludovico Medical Facility in the 1971 Stanley Kubrick film 'A Clockwork Orange'.

The build-up to Christmas is always a busy time of year, and with our ISO audit taking place, stress levels were certainly up there!!

We are incredibly proud to share that we have successfully passed our 3-year ISO re-certification audit with zero non-conformances and no improvement actions — our strongest result to date.

This is a fantastic achievement and a real testament to the hard work, professionalism, and commitment of our team. A huge thank you to our staff, associates, clients, and supply chain partners for their continued support — this result simply would not be possible without you.
