We’re excited to share that Alley Cat Games has officially moved into AJS HQ and with their arrival, our offices are now fully occupied!

AJS Construct Rentals provides flexible workspace in Baldock, offering private offices within a modern, recently refurbished building, with great facilities, high-speed internet, free onsite parking and an on-site management team.

While we currently have no office availability, our meeting room hire remains available. The meeting room is ideal for team catch-ups, client meetings, interviews and presentations.

Comfortably seating up to 8 people, the room is bright, quiet and fully equipped with high-speed broadband, dual screens and space to plug in your own devices. You’ll also have access to kitchen and toilet facilities, with external catering available on request.

Hire from just £12 + VAT per hour, available Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Discounts for multi-bookings and charity groups.

At AJS HQ, we have built a workspace designed to help businesses thrive, from hot desking and serviced offices to a professional meeting room space right here in Baldock. Our goal has always been to provide a comfortable, flexible and productive environment for businesses of any size.

One of the things we’re most proud of is the community that forms within the building. Over time we’ve seen start-ups grow, teams expand and businesses move on to bigger premises after starting their journey here.

We still have hot desk availability in our new Hot Desking Suite for Rent-a-Desk and Hot Desking... but what's the difference?

Rent-a-Desk:
Allowing monthly users to occupy the same desk for every visit. Your chosen desk will not be used by others and guarantees you a space, regardless of current availability.
From £170 per month

Hot Desking: Come for the day, week or month. The location of your desk might change which is determined by the availability on the days you attend.
1 Day: £15 per day
1 Week Hot Desking: £60 per week (£12 per day)
1 Month Hot Desking: £150 per month (less than £5 per day)

All prices are plus VAT, to be paid in advance of your first day, but mention our 'SRPING OFFER' for discounts on weekly and monthly bookings.
