On Wednesday, 1st April, I’ll be speaking at the Banbury Socially Shared event about simple, practical ways to manage your information and processes, so your business feels calmer and easier to run.

We’ll look at how to make your inbox more manageable, use your calendar to reduce decision fatigue, and get tasks and processes out of your head and into one place you can rely on.

This session is all about making simple changes that can help your day feel more peaceful, without adding more tools or complexity.

January always feels like a natural reset.

I've just come back from two weeks away, and my first week back was spent doing what most business owners never get time for: pausing, reflecting and resetting priorities.

So this feels like the right moment to reintroduce myself.

I want to express my sincere thanks to my clients, collaborators, and wider network for your trust, support, and encouragement throughout the year.

It has been a privilege to work alongside so many thoughtful and committed business owners. Your openness, ideas, and conversations make this work so rewarding.

I am now signing off and will be away until 12 January, recharging on a cruise before the new year begins.

I work closely with Liz at Empower Mental Health Training & Consultancy, and these courses genuinely help teams feel more confident. Many organisations still don’t have mental health training in place, and even one trained MHFAider can make a real difference. If you know a business that could benefit, please share her post.

If you’ve been meaning to prioritise mental health training, now’s the time. Liz’s Mental Health First Aid course in January is the first of her 2026 dates and is delivered online for easy access. Spaces tend to go quickly.

Sharing this helps small businesses reach the people who need this training.
