Since we last updated you, T-level student Diego has been absolutely smashing it in the quality department 🙌

From getting hands-on with micrometers, vernier calipers and DTIs, to stepping up to semi-automated CMM measurement, not to mention using the new Vision system, he’s been getting stuck in and making serious progress.

Understanding the importance of quality assurance is key in our world, and Diego is doing a great job, ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority!

As part of our partnership with Warwickshire College Group (WCG), Diego has joined us for his Engineering T Level industry placement ✨

Although he started just three weeks ago, he’s already making impressive progress. Over the next year, he’ll complete 45 placement days at Norbar’s Banbury facility, gaining invaluable real‑world experience that will help shape his future career in engineering.

Engineering T Levels are a relatively new qualification in England, designed to combine classroom learning with meaningful industry experience. They equip students with practical technical skills, a problem‑solving mindset and the professional awareness needed to move confidently into skilled employment, apprenticeships, or further study.

We’re proud to support the next generation of engineering talent, and delighted to play a role in helping students like Diego build strong foundations for their future!
