Want to know why over 1,000 leaders have been on our 20Twenty Business Growth Programme?

20Twenty is suitable for both large organisations and small enterprises. In fact, companies that have participated in the programme to date have achieved growth of approximately 30% on average. Not surprisingly, 20Twenty has attracted the attention of leading players and of the 'Top 300' businesses in Wales, 10% have already been on the programme.

What support will you get?
20Twenty offers a range of recognised leadership qualifications from Level 3 to Level 7, all of which are accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). It is the only programme in Wales that offers a progression route from CMI Level 3 to Level 7, leading towards a Postgraduate Certificate, Executive MBA and Chartered Manager. This is a quality programme run by experts who appreciate the time pressures and budget burdens that every business - large and small - has to deal with.

Your commitment
Participants of the 20Twenty programme attend a series of workshops (totaling up to 15 days) over a period of 10 months. During that time, they study a variety of techniques and processes to help them develop their business in several key areas, including leadership skills, coaching, sales, marketing, finance, operational efficiency and business innovation.

Is your business eligible?
All sizes of businesses, including large organisations, are eligible for the 20Twenty programme. Any employee up to director level who has responsibility for managing staff or any owner who wants to grow his or her company can apply. The business must operate in east Wales (Flintshire, Wrexham or north Powys), or the employee must reside in the area. Get in touch or see

The renowned 20Twenty Management and Leadership Course (CMI Level 4 and 7) is delivered by Cardiff Met and Bangor University in Wales.

This week our 20Twenty Business Growth Programme was delivered in true blended learning style! Lorraine Hopkins, Senior Manager of the programme delivered on-line, whilst the traditional instructor-led classroom activities was delivered by Greg Parry, our new Learning and Evaluation Manager.

We had twenty-one Directors and Senior Managers attend the ‘Leadership and Change’ session, which is one of our first on-site sessions, delivered safely by the team.

It's good to be back delivering in North East Wales at Xplore! Science in , especially at such a great venue and with businesses who are developing their leadership and management skills. So our delegates have had the best of both worlds, with a combination of on-site and on-line delivery, in a true blended learning style!
