So happy to have received this from a couple whose wedding was in June this year. I really love my job!! :)
Hey Jane,
We just wanted to send you a heartfelt thank you for being such a special part of our wedding day.
From the moment we met you at the Kingswood Wedding Fair, we knew we were in incredibly safe and experienced hands. Your warmth, professionalism, and calm nature immediately put us at ease, and we never had any doubt that we had chosen the perfect photographer.
We also wanted to say a special thank you for your communication and support throughout the entire process. We know this has been an incredibly difficult time for you following the passing of your dad, and we truly appreciate everything you did for us despite everything you were going through. Your kindness, dedication, and positivity never went unnoticed, and we hope you know how grateful we are.
Thank you for being such a reassuring presence throughout the day and for taking the time to listen to everything that was important to us.
One thing that meant the world to us was you prioritising our family photographs before our couple portraits so that Grandad could be included before he needed to leave. Those photographs are incredibly precious to us, and we're so thankful that you understood just how important they were.
We're also so grateful that you captured all of the moments that we never would have seen ourselves—the hugs between family and friends, the little toasts, the laughter, and all of those in-between moments that make a wedding day so special. Knowing we'll be able to relive those memories for years to come is such a wonderful gift.
We honestly can't wait to see the finished photographs. We're so excited, and we already know they're going to be absolutely beautiful.
