"What story does my market tell itself about why they don't need me yet, and how do I change that story?"

"If I had to make myself completely irrelevant to the day-to-day running of this business, where would I start?"

We're living in the land of the make-believe and you need to start opening your eyes

Do you believe that this is gonna all go away?

Do you believe that the future isn’t built around AI?

If you wanna start maximising AI then you need to start asking better questions

You need to start living in the land of the make believe and living in a place of impossibility

Use your common sense people

But also lean into the creative part of your mind that you've never been able to execute before

Because of time

Because of money

Because of skill

There is no barrier to entry or roadblock for anyone out there now.

I don’t think social media is just creating and posting

No matter how maximal or minimal the process is for you

There will always be multiple moving parts

Ideation (I like this part, especially with AI supporting)

Production (I don’t like this part)

Creation (I like this part, when I’m not filming on my phone)

Ex*****on (I don’t mind this part)

Research & performance (dislike the most)

If ideation is the tough part for you, then using AI to support or hire a social media service

If production like myself is what you don’t enjoy, then that is where you can look at first hires

If creation is what you don’t enjoy, then be smart about what creatives you use where you feel comfortable

If ex*****on and posting is the niggle, then hire people who can do your scheduling

If the research and performance part does your head in, then use something like like I am currently

Social media isn’t just creating and posting, departmentalise the process and find your enjoyment zone.

For most of history, humanity’s greats breakthroughs have come from building better tools

- Fire
- The wheel
- Electricty
- The interenet

All the biggest problems we’re experiencing aren’t getting smaller (until now)

Otherwise some genius would have solved it by now

Cancer, dementia, antibiotic resistance, climate resllience, food security, space exploration, disaster predictation - here are a few, and there are 100s more

The future won’t be built by humans or AI

It will be built by humans using AI

Like every revolution before it, the technology itself isn’t good or bad

What matters is how we choose to use it

Some will use it poorly

Some will use it to save lives, preserve lives and preserve the plannet

There are much bigger problems than just “data centres and water consumption”

I think sometimes you need to change your belief by looking at this from a much broader perspective.
