Safeguarding Children Training and Consultancy Ltd was founded in 2002 by Adele Gladman following her experiences working on the Home Office Child Sexual Exploi

tation pilot in Rotherham. Those experiences resulted in a determination to help practitioners be the best that they can be when working with children and to make a real difference. That is still at the core of everything that we do. Our courses are written and delivered by professionals with years of practice experience and often regarded as leaders in their areas of expertise. When a client approaches us, we take the time to find out what they need and how best to deliver this for them, at an affordable price. We know from our evaluations, and repeat bookings, that our clients love what we do. We can help also with safeguarding audits based on statutory guidance and the Ofsted inspection framework; policies and procedures; independent investigations; and a range of workshops for children, parents and carers on online safety and healthy relationships.
