Another week, another few things worth celebrating at Cooper Golding. 🏆
Hannah had two confirmed permanent offers and acceptances, with a third looking highly likely. A very strong week for Hannah.
Harriet gave a brilliant example of why relationships matter in recruitment. Harriet placed someone into a permanent position with one of our current clients, someone we’ve known throughout our careers and previously supported when they were looking for something different. We kept that relationship going, understood what they were looking for, and when the right opportunity came up, we were able to make the match.
One of Sarahs candidates had been waiting a couple of weeks for the right opportunity to come up, and by keeping in touch and understanding exactly what they wanted, Sarah was able to place them when it did. It’s a good reminder that recruitment isn't always about the quickest placement, sometimes it’s about listening, keeping the relationship and being ready when the right role comes along.
And finally… Paula & Saras win: a big one for the whole team, reflecting on just how incredibly hard everyone has worked throughout the third quarter and feeling excited about what’s ahead as we head into the final quarter of 2026. 💙
