We are looking for a full-time experienced Administrator/Receptionist with good accounts experience to organise and coordinate administration for Design Shop & Barnstaple Work Hub which is owned and operated by Design Shop.

Design Shop is an established Commercial Signage & Interiors Company. The Company own and operate Barnstaple Work Hub from its premises. Barnstaple Work Hub which comprises of Flexible Offices, Meeting Rooms and Hot Desks. The candidate will provide administration and accounts support for Design Shop and manage Barnstaple Work Hub - office rentals, hot desk and meeting room bookings.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have Previous Accounts experience – Quick Books would be advantageous, but not essential.

Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)

Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Outlook

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organisational and planning skills

This is a very varied role and would suit someone who enjoys a busy environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £11.25 per hour
