Another job running through our 4-roll rubber calender.

Here we are bringing four layers of rubber together in one controlled calendering process, creating a consolidated multi-ply rubber sheet.

Multi-ply calendering allows us to manufacture bespoke rubber constructions where thickness, strength, flexibility and compound selection can be tailored to the application.

Our calendering capabilities include:
