Free awareness course for local businesses, charities and community organisations ⬇️

Something new is happening for workplaces across Barrow.

We're launching Menopause Confident Workplaces - a fully funded programme designed to help local businesses, charities and community organisations create workplaces where people feel understood, supported and able to thrive during menopause.

And this isn't just for big employers...........

It could be a café with three employees.
A family business.
A charity.
A community organisation.
A care provider.
Or an employer with 100 people.

Every workplace is different. But every workplace has people in it.

And every workplace has the opportunity to take a positive next step.

And this is just the beginning. For up to 20 local organisations, there will be an opportunity to continue the journey through our six-month Menopause Champion Programme.
