This is a trying and difficult time globally. Let’s all support and love one another during this COVID - 19 virus pandemic and take all precautionary measures as recommended by the World Health Organisation and respective authorities to avoid spreading the virus.

Let’s be thoughtful and mindful when buying groceries and other essentials. There are older people, pregnant mothers , disabled people , public sector people , healthcare workers , unwell people , bed bound people who can not keep up with the rest of the people. Those people need the food, essentials and toiletries just like you. When you pick up something from the isle save something for the next person. Let’s look out for one another .
