🚀 Another Sapphire Completed! 🔧💙

We’re proud to announce that our team has just finished manufacturing a brand‑new Sapphire 550EB VAC autoclave — one of the largest models in the Sapphire range, built with an electric boiler and full vacuum capability for advanced air removal and reliable sterilisation performance.

This machine is a serious piece of engineering:
• 550‑litre square chamber
• MP25 controller
• Mechanically‑hoisted automatic sliding door
• Accelerated water cooling via water jacket
• Vacuum pump for enhanced air removal
• Built to PED Cat 2 standards with stainless steel 316 construction

But the real highlight? Our engineers.
Every Sapphire that leaves our factory is the result of their skill, precision, and relentless hard work. From fabrication to wiring, testing, and final quality checks, they pour their expertise into every detail. The 550EB VAC is a complex build — and they’ve delivered another exceptional machine.

👏 A huge thank you to the entire engineering team.
Your craftsmanship keeps our reputation strong and our customers confident. This machine is proof of what you achieve every single day.

Here’s to the next one! 💙🔩🔥
