As an ActionCOACH I will help you align values and visions to get your business to the next level. I am passionate about helping you achieve your goals and be a sounding board to help challenge new ideas. As a team we will identify personal and business obstacles and create an action plan to overcome them. Coaching is not for the faint hearted, it takes hardwork and commitment but the rewards are worth it. Some people think having a business coach means you don’t know what you’re doing, but they couldn't be more wrong. How many top athletes do you know that don’t have a coach? 1) A team working together towards a common goal (Business : Daily, Weekly , Monthly , Quarterly goals )
2) Every member of the team knows their role inside out and the importance of consistency (Business : Defined job roles and KPIs)
3) The team knows the RULES OF THE GAME … what’s allowed and what’s not (Business : Rules Of The Game )
4) The team discusses strategies to get to goal (Business : Daily huddles )
5) Team Manager (Business : Team leaders / site managers … looking at the bigger picture and guiding team to hit business goals )

I could go on !! You wouldn’t expect to win an England Football match 3-2 without the above but you expect your Business to succeed without them … madness !!
