Worting Park Café

An exciting opportunity has become available to take on a 1500sq ft café within the beautiful grounds of Worting House.

Improvement works are currently being carried out, with an extension to create an airy attractive café / restaurant with plenty of outdoor space.

Located in stunning parkland alongside Worting House serviced offices, which is already home to a thriving community of businesses, and with a new village hall and children’s nursery being built alongside the new housing it’s a great location.

Together, these developments will create a growing local customer base and a strong opportunity to establish a destination café for the wider community.

This would be a fantastic addition to the many successful and thriving businesses already based at Worting House, as well as an opportunity for the right operator to build something truly special.

We are looking for a serious, established operator with the experience, creativity and ambition to make the most of this exciting opportunity and create a successful café destination at Worting House.

Last week, the grounds of Worting House became a meeting point for some of the UK's leading voices in the drone industry.

It was a fantastic opportunity for industry leaders to share knowledge, experiences, and ideas. From regulatory updates and emerging technologies to practical applications and commercial opportunities, there was plenty to take away from the day.

Events like these are invaluable, bringing together professionals who are shaping the future of the industry, encouraging collaboration, and driving innovation.

Well done to Simon Adams for organising such a fantastic event. It was a pleasure to be part of it, and we are already looking forward to the next one!
