I'm Christine Green, the founder of Wellbeing Consultancy.
I haven't written anything here, because before now I wasn't clear what to write. I've been in business for a very long time, seeing clients, helping them with all kinds of issues from stopping smoking, to dealing with stress, painless childbirth, to relationship issues, etc.
The thing is this. What I do best is help people pinpoint the emotion that's driving the problems they have. The reason I have to pinpoint that emotion is because they can't feel it. They don't know it's bothering them. When I pinpoint the emotion that's causing the problem, people are surprised. It's then possible to unhook the two things that have become merged together when they shouldn't be.
Problems in the mind are really quite simple. They occur when an unhappy situation becomes anchored to events, people or places that they've long forgotten.
The situation today is playing havoc with many people. The isolation is causing us to have to be present to our thoughts and feelings. People are mistaking the thoughts and feelings they feel today as being caused by current circumstances. In many cases they're not, they've simply been brought to a head by current circumstances.
If you're going stir crazy, if you find yourself irritable or tearful or kind of stuck in any way, time on the phone or in a Zoom call with me will really help you. For years I've been doing phone sessions for clients who've moved away and still wished to work with me. People literally call me 10 years after I first worked with them.
Recently a lady called me with dreadfully harrowing news with which she asked for my help. She said, "I hope you don't mind me reaching out to you after so long. I just know I need your particular brand of compassion and skill right now".
Please, if you need it too (or know anyone who might), call me on 07961 935845. My heart is massive and my compassion endless. I'm one of those rare people who can really help you feel lastingly better about it, whatever it is.
With love and kindness, Christine
