Through our strategic alliance with Hunkeler Systeme, we offer a more comprehensive solution, albeit with total flexibility in mind. The modular design allows you to choose the components that best meet your requirements such as volume, footprint and room dimension.

Our compact bagging system is a collection and filtering system that collects shreds directly from the on-line shredder within the V Series™.

This system is used for lower volumes as well as all polymer and hybrid substrates that cannot be briquetted. Connected directly to the on-line shredder of the V Series™ one bagging system connects to one sorter, providing a full closed-loop destruction and collection system.

Some of the benefits include:
✅ Due to its compact size and low operation noise, our bagging system can be placed right next to the sorter in the processing room.
✅ The system is equipped with anti-static filter hoses for processing polymer shreds, and the unit is self-cleaning.
✅ The system is also equipped with a filter flow rate monitoring option that enables intelligent operation of the system.
