🏢 Salon employee:
~£1,600/month after tax
Stable… but not exactly “Dubai lifestyle” 😅

🚗 Mobile nail tech:
25 clients/week =
~£4,000/month take-home

BUT:
No sick pay.
No paid holidays.
No clients = no money.

💺 Nail desk rent in London:
From I would say £300-400 to £1,500/month depending on location 👀
