Birch Polypore is one of the most recognisable fungi in the British woodland.

It grows in brackets on birch trunks, often from late summer onward. Foragers have known it for a long time. We use it in Forager — our wilder mushroom coffee, blended with Sea Buckthorn and proper speciality coffee.

No wellness claims. Just good ingredients with real provenance.

Strider is our Brazilian coffee.

Smooth, low-acidity, easy-drinking — warm notes of chocolate and hazelnut. Good from almost any brew method, and the kind of coffee worth keeping stocked. Works especially well with oat or almond milk if that is your preference.

Explorer is our rotating coffee — a different single-origin micro-lot every month.

The origin changes because seasonality matters, and because good coffee comes from all over the world. For the people who like knowing where their coffee comes from, and want something more interesting than the usual.

Current details at the link in bio. Worth a look before it moves on.

Camp stove. Cold water. Ten minutes before anyone else is up.
Some mornings earn their keep before breakfast.

Strider is our seasonal Brazilian single origin, grown in the highlands of the Mogiana region. It’s a low-acidity, mellow coffee with a smooth texture and classic profile — ideal for those who prefer a gentler cup with no compromise on flavour.

In the cup, you’ll find warm notes of chocolate, sugarcane molasses, honey, and toasted hazelnut. Strider also pairs especially well with oat, almond and other alternative milks.

If you drink good coffee most days, here is the obvious thing to do.

Subscribe & Save gives you 20% off every order, your first tin or jar free, and compostable refills after that on whatever schedule suits you.

No complicated tiers. No locked-in hoops. Just better coffee, less often to think about.

July's Explorer is here, and it's a good one.

This month's coffee comes from the Ishurwe Women's Group — around 450 women farming the hills of Kayanza Province, Burundi. Red Bourbon variety, grown high and carefully washed, hand-sorted before it ever reaches the drying beds.

Expect red berries, rich molasses and a delicate black tea finish. Clean, juicy, genuinely different from anything else in the range this month.

Explorer changes every month and doesn't hang around once it's gone. Worth getting it while it's here.

Coffee after a long walk hits differently.

Wayfarer is our Colombian coffee — grade A speciality, clean and well-structured. It works on a camp stove, in a cafetière or from a flask you packed the night before.

For the people who know the first brew of the day is worth getting right.

You think your coffee routine is complicated…

Try lighting a fire with flint and steel, carving a pot hanger, getting the brew pot over the flames, and then waiting for the first brew to come together properly 🔥

Good coffee is worth the effort though, right? 🤘
