8 month old baby A Success Story
Dummies are not my enemy, not at all but I do understand how they can make sleep disrupted. Baby A was having occurring ear infections and parents knew it could be down to the use of the dummy but they did not know how to remove it or stop co-sleeping.
Parents needed support to get baby A to sleep through without him feeling like he needed these external factors to help him get there.
Please note that if your little one uses a dummy then you should not remove a dummy from a child under 6 months. If they use one regularly for sleep, you should offer a dummy for every sleep. Follow https://www.lullabytrust.org.uk/baby-safety/baby-product-information/dummies/
