Supporting families through their sleep journey is about so much more than helping a baby sleep through the night, it's about giving parents the confidence to trust the process, stay consistent, and know they're not doing it alone.

BBC NEWS. I know a number of you will have seen the very concerning report from the BBC in relation to unsafe sleep advice given by some other sleep consultants and we at Little Dreams Consulting are equally concerned, although sadly not surprised.

When it comes to your baby, safety should never be compromised.

As a trusted sleep consultant, I want to be really clear: everything I recommend follows safer sleep guidance and is rooted in evidence-based practice.

Better sleep is absolutely possible without taking risks and I’ve supported hundreds of families to achieve exactly that 🤍

You don't have to live your life on mute!

Tiptoeing around, whispering, t.v on subtitles and stressing over every little noise is exhausting!

The goal is not silence or noise, just normality.

When babies and children are truly rested and securely asleep, the world doesn't have to stop for every creak, cough or conversation.

Really life can be a little noisy and that is okay.

If your little one is not falling into a deep sleep or wakes when you leave the room, give me a call and we can discuss how to make sleep sustainable for you all.

P.s this is just a bit of silliness but I really did used to ninja around my own home when my babe was sleeping through fear of waking him.

19month old Sleep Success Story

Baby R and his parents were great to work with. There was lots of hesitation at first, mainly due to the fact that things had been the way that they were for such a long time they could not see how sleep could get better without drastic measures. Turns out the measures were nowhere near as drastic as they had imagined and baby R had his sleep nailed by the end of week 1 (nap and night time) with minimal upset.

We took a gentle and slow approach to aligning his circadian rhythm and it was not long before nap and bedtimes were aligned for his age meaning that he was getting 12-13 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period.
