Nuach Coffee Specialty Coffee Roasters Rest sometimes needs form, something to carry it. One thing that can be present in all these moments is coffee.

For some rest is a nap, for others a walk in the fields, a good book, a chat with friends. Coffee is just coffee but as we drink, we pause, we rest, we take stock, we reflect. How we grow, process, restore and move forward from a place of clarity and rest can not always be defined. But as you sip Nuach Coffee, we invite you to find it. Equipped to roast between 8 to 10 tonnes of coffee per month,

our roastery is set-up in a modest barn at Stampwell Farm in Gerrards Cross. Throughout the year we pick seasonal microlot varieties from some of the finest smallholder coffee growers in the world and roast them with meticulous care and skill. Take a sip and find your rest because a lot of thought goes into that moment.
