My name is Graham walshaw and I'm the executive chef at The Flying Pig hog roast company based in Beaconsfield.

We along with the rest of the food service industry have suffered huge losses since the corona virus swept away our normal lives and replaced it with a string of lock downs and restrictions.

Last week we catered the first event in 15 months and it was a great success but we still have a long way to climb back to the position we were in.

To try and get people together and return to normal we are planning something very special... we would like to announce that we are running a competition giving you the chance to win a hog roast for you and 50 friends by liking our page and sharing this post!

Another successful event held this evening and our first of 2020.

We have been testing out some recipes in the kitchen for the new additions to the 2020 menu... take a look at what our head chef has come up with.

First up we have the pork loin glazed with honey, orange and thyme, this glaze complements the meat perfectly with a blend of sweet and savoury flavours

Next we have the sweet and sticky Mongolian pulled lamb, it’s aromatic and will surely have you coming back for a second helping.

Finally our sriracha Marinated chicken wings, succulent wings packed with a punch.

Look out for more new menu items to be released in the near future.
