It was great to be invited to talk at The Association for Business Psychology in Manchester on the evidence base for Game-Based Assessment last week. Good to get out of London, to see such an engaged audience and to share the stage and learn from Dr Kiki Leutner. Kiki spoke really interestingly about when algorithm-based assessment is and is not likely to be appropriate versus a trait-based approach to selection. Also great to try my first Archie's - a supremely tasty burger of the very highest order.
