We are looking for a Business Support Administrator who will work alongside the Operations Manager to provide administrative support to the key areas of the business. This will include but will not be limited to Quality and Environmental Management, Business Development, Human Resources, Training Coordination and Accounts.
This role is an excellent opportunity for you to work in a varied role as an integral part of the KNW team.
Your Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent IT skills
Excellent knowledge of SharePoint and Office 365 (Outlook, Excel and Word) is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise well
Knowledge of Sage50 is desirable
Willingness to learn new skills especially around SharePoint/IT.
Experience of working in a training environment is not essential but would be of advantage.
Benefits
Your starting salary will be £20,000 per year with increases over time depending on your performance, the first review being after your initial 6-month probationary period.
Your working hours will be 9.00-5.00 Monday to Friday.
The office closes between Christmas and New Year.
