Your Role

We are looking for a Training Coordinator who will work as part of a small team to ensure our clients training needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

This role will involve you working on our Office 365 SharePoint based system, communicating with both our clients and instructors to organise and coordinate training events for our client base who are located UK wide.

Your Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience of working to targets is desirable, we do not set targets but that mindset is advantageous.
Excellent IT skills
Knowledge of SharePoint and Office 365 including Outlook, Excel and Word is essential.
Sharp eye for detail
To take responsibility for your own clients or client area but also to work as an integral part of our co-ordination team.
Benefits

Your salary will be £20,000 per year.

Your working hours will start as 8.30-5.00 Monday to Friday with the opportunity to change onto a two-week shift rotation of 8.00-4.00 and 9.00-5.00 after your probationary period.

The office closes between Christmas and New Year.

Learning and development opportunities are available to all staff.

We are looking for a Business Support Administrator who will work alongside the Operations Manager to provide administrative support to the key areas of the business. This will include but will not be limited to Quality and Environmental Management, Business Development, Human Resources, Training Coordination and Accounts.

This role is an excellent opportunity for you to work in a varied role as an integral part of the KNW team.

Your Required Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent IT skills
Excellent knowledge of SharePoint and Office 365 (Outlook, Excel and Word) is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise well
Knowledge of Sage50 is desirable
Willingness to learn new skills especially around SharePoint/IT.
Experience of working in a training environment is not essential but would be of advantage.
Benefits
Your starting salary will be £20,000 per year with increases over time depending on your performance, the first review being after your initial 6-month probationary period.

Your working hours will be 9.00-5.00 Monday to Friday.

The office closes between Christmas and New Year.
