Interesting facts: the average household discards an estimated 12,000 to 15,000 paper items each year.

The average office worker in the UK generates 10,000 A4 sheets per year.

At Simply Shredding, we recycle all the paper we come into contact with by sending it to paper mills. We’ll even take your old envelopes and cardboard files to be recycled - we didn’t say everything we receive has to be sensitive documents!

A piece of paper can be recycled around 7 times before it turns to paste and is no longer useful. That means that the paper in front of you has likely seen the recycling process a number of times.
