Someone told me last week I must be terrified of losing my career to AI and robots.
Honestly? No.
AI is everywhere right now and it’s completely understandable people are asking whether it’ll replace jobs. And yes, it’s powerful. We use it in our own business. It helps us work faster and smarter.
But HR isn’t about information or outputs. It’s about people. AI can’t sit with you when you’re about to dismiss someone and don’t know if you’re doing it legally. It can’t read the room in a grievance, or know your business and your team the way we do. We're the honest conversation, the calm voice when a situation feels overwhelming and legally risky. That’s something AI will never replicate.
Because clients don’t just come to us for answers. They come for clarity, reassurance, and someone who actually knows them and their situation.
AI is here to stay… but so are people.
