ally a Nurse ,was working in Kerala health services (before relocating ).Though I liked and enjoyed my work my concern was always that my least family time , visiting family once or twice a week as I had to travel 4 hrs for work and the internal transfers to different places . So I started to look for other options where I can go for work and be with the family every single day watching my lovely kids grow , therefore me and my husband decided to relocated to UK aiming better family life, good future for kids . I truly believe that every single kid is a masterpiece loaded with potentials & talents; as PARENTS it’s our call to nurture them appropriately, for that the most wanted is TIME. But life is expensive enough even without dreams to fulfil. Me and my husband worked full-time and extra shifts to meet the needs as it is really difficult to kickstart from the very beginning in a new country ,slowly we realised that this is not for just a start but to sustain we have to continue this work pattern , in turn took away the precious time we could be spending with the family; which is a vicious cycle and the life balance was hard to achieve.
