PROGRESS REPORT

MGM are currently deep into a big extension in long buckby Northampton.. the job is running very smoothly with some very happy clients..

The team has worked extremely hard to reach the stage we are at so far.. we have all 20 steels in and the bricklayers are up to plate height.. yes 20 steels in a two storey extension it’s been fun to say the least..

It’s now time to start getting the roof on and getting things water tight ready for the big push to get the project finished..

Mgm Building Plastering & Renovations LTDSpecialist lime work !!!!

It’s been a while since our last post as we have literally not stopped for months now.. his a job we finished yesterday up in a school in Lincoln..

We was working along side heritage to put this 150 year old school back to its original state which mean we had to go back to old school plastering.. lime base coat, lime scratch coat the two coats of lime putty finish I have to say what a lovey material the lime is to use so much better that your Morden gypsum plaster…

Heritage and the customer was so happy with what the team at mgm have done we have already been given the next project as we have meet the high expectations they expect..

We took on all jobs for this project from plastering boarding, plastering, rendering. Slabbing & driveway laying.. all new kitchens and bathrooms throughout.. coving ,skirting,floors,fencing and so much more… I’m so proud of the team its been a great start 2022 and long may it continue as we keep smashing our deadlines with amazing results..
