“✨✨𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘂𝘀 (words from Zachary Fisher)
I want to say this plainly, without mystique or hierarchy, because a lot of people get tripped up here.
There is no ladder where some humans are “5D” and others are stuck in “3D.” There is no finish line where you graduate into permanent peace, abundance, and effortlessness. And there is no version of awakening that removes you from being human.
What people often call 3D, 4D, and 5D are not dimensions you move into. They are ways of relating to reality that can show up in the same day, sometimes in the same hour.
The so-called “3D state” is simply survival consciousness. It’s where identity is built around protection, comparison, fear, control, status, and external validation. This isn’t bad or wrong. It’s what humans develop when they need to stay safe, be accepted, and make sense of a chaotic world. Most of us lived here for a long time because we had to.
What gets labeled “4D” is the uncomfortable middle. This is the questioning phase. Old beliefs start cracking, but new ones aren’t solid yet. You see through systems, narratives, and conditioning, but you don’t fully know what replaces them. This is where confusion, frustration, spiritual ego, obsession with “truth,” and emotional swings often show up. It’s not a higher state. It’s a transition state. It can be messy, humbling, and lonely.
What people call “5D” isn’t floating above life in constant bliss. It’s grounded integration. It’s when you stop fighting reality and start relating to it honestly. You still feel anger, grief, desire, and fear, but they no longer run the whole system. Compassion becomes natural, not performative. Service isn’t about saving others, it’s about being clean in your own presence. Purpose isn’t grandiose, it’s embodied in how you treat people, how you show up, and how you tell the truth.
Here’s the part many don’t want to hear.
Awakening doesn’t make life effortless. It makes it more real. You become more sensitive, more responsible, more aware of your impact. You can’t hide behind victimhood, bypass pain with positivity, or pretend love means avoiding conflict. Growth requires effort. Healing requires honesty. Integration requires patience.
There is no permanent “high frequency” where nothing hard touches you. There is only increasing capacity to stay present when life does.
The real shift isn’t ascension. It’s integration through embodiment.
It’s moving from unconscious reaction to conscious choice. From outsourcing authority to owning your inner compass. From needing labels and identities to trusting direct experience. From seeking escape to learning how to be here, fully, without armor.
If you feel like you’re going backward sometimes, you’re not. You’re likely touching deeper layers. If you feel tired, disillusioned, or less enchanted by spiritual language, that’s often a sign of maturity, not failure.
Truth doesn’t inflate the ego. It humbles it. Real growth doesn’t separate you from others. It brings you closer. And awakening isn’t about leaving this world behind…it’s about finally arriving in it.”
