Honestly… this week has been BRUTAL 😮‍💨🩷🖤

Behind the scenes, we have NEVER stopped. We’ve been pushing, grafting, sorting, cleaning, organising and getting everything ready — and we’ve had some absolutely amazing help from others along the way. 🩷

If anyone thinks doing this is easy… BELIEVE ME, IT’S NOT.

There have been NO LOANS to get this pushed through. Just hard work, determination, long days, early mornings and putting everything we can back into building something bigger.

And finally…

WE ARE 100% ON THE LAST BIT! 🙌🏻🩷🖤

Oh… and somehow I’ve accidentally bought 3 NEW IRONS 😬😂
I seriously cannot help myself!

Which means we’re getting ready to step things up again. 👀

When our sister company Caz's cleaning services is out doing what they do best through the manic summer season… 🩷🖤

Our laundrette girls are doing what they do best — making sure every single item leaves us looking its absolute best! ✨

And when it comes to ironing, we’re looking for THE BEST OF THE BEST — crisp, fresh and CREASE FREE! 👌🏼

The standards in our laundrettes are EXTREMELY HIGH. We don’t believe in “that’ll do.”

From washing and drying to folding and ironing, everything has to leave us at a standard we’re proud to put the Caz’s name to. 🩷

What they won’t see are the months behind the scenes.

The 4am starts.
The 16-hour days.
The sleepless nights.
The endless phone calls.
The setbacks.
The stress.
The tears.

There have been days I’ve laughed until I cried, and days I’ve cried because I simply didn’t know how I was going to keep going.

I’ve questioned every decision.
I’ve questioned whether I was good enough.
I’ve questioned whether I was doing the right thing.

There have been moments where everything felt like it was against us, and moments where giving up would have been the easier option.

But I didn’t.

Because this business isn’t just a job to me.

It’s my passion.
It’s my dream.
It’s for my family.
It’s for my incredible staff.
It’s for every customer who has believed in us and trusted us with their homes, their holiday lets and their laundry.

Every obstacle has made me even more determined to prove that hard work, dedication and refusing to give up really does pay off.

And now…

We’re only a couple of weeks away from opening our new unit in full. 🩷

I honestly cannot wait to show you the finished result and share the final video. I am so unbelievably proud of what we’ve achieved together.

While all of this has been happening, our little shop has continued to run seven days a week, and I honestly can’t thank my amazing team enough. None of this would have been possible without them.

HOLIDAY LET LINEN ONLY 🩷🖤🩷

Our linen prices have remained the same for nearly two years, and there is a reason for that.

We are proud to say that we are one of the most affordable holiday-let laundry services around. Being cheaper does not mean lower standards — it means I fully understand the costs faced by holiday-let cleaners and property owners.

When cleaning holiday homes for a large company, a big part of the cleaning price can be taken up simply by turning the linen around, leaving very little profit for the cleaner.

Holiday lets often require extremely quick turnarounds, especially with one and two-night stays.

So, how do we cope?

We haven’t missed a deadline yet! Our teams work tactfully and efficiently to make sure every collection deadline is met, while also turning around all of our own linen. 😬🩷🖤🩷

All we ask is that every item of linen is clearly marked in permanent marker with either:

• Your name
• The cottage name

We do not mix loads. However, we are always prepared in case an item is accidentally misplaced, so clear labelling helps us locate and return it quickly.

With 20 years of experience in this industry, I am certainly no beginner when it comes to holiday-let cleaning and linen turnaround.

When dropping your linen off, please let the girls know which day you would like to collect it, and we will make sure it is ready on time. 🩷🖤🩷

🙏🏻 Please continue to like and share our little company — it genuinely helps us more than you know.

🩷 We honestly can’t thank you all enough for your incredible support. 🩷

Our little laundry shop is absolutely full to the brim, and business is truly booming! The amount of laundry that has come through the doors already this week has been unbelievable.

To keep up with demand, my days now start at 4:00am. Our amazing team then takes over from 7:30am until 3:00pm, with our evening shift keeping everything moving from 3:00pm until 9:00pm.

When I opened our little shop nearly 2 years ago, it was mainly to cope with the huge amount of laundry from our own holiday homes. I never imagined it would grow the way it has. Slowly but surely, more and more people put their trust in us, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful.

Now, the new unit is really starting to come together. The dryers arrived last week, and the washers are arriving tomorrow. We’re literally only weeks away from moving in, and believe me… we definitely need the extra space!

Don’t worry though… our little shop isn’t going anywhere. 🩷 It has a special place in my heart and will continue to be open to the public. The difference is, there’ll be much more space for everyone to drop off and collect their laundry with ease.

🩷🖤🩷I also just want to say how proud I am of our LOCAL team — they honestly work their socks off every single day to get through everything. I come up with all sorts of random plans and situations for them, and they just knuckle down, get on with it. We really couldn’t do this without them. 🩷🖤

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single one of our customers for supporting our small family business. Watching this dream grow is something I’ll never take for granted.
